Make AI production
behave like a system.

CreationCodex is building a structured media-production workspace that connects script intent, beat state, narration timing, visual assets, subtitles and editable video handoff.

Live demo runs locally in the browser with a bundled sample project and no external AI/API calls. The product is under active development. The website describes the current workflow model and planned capabilities without fabricated customers or metrics.

Editorial structure connected to production state.

B016.8s

Opening context

Script, narration and one visual responsibility stay attached to the beat.

B027.4s

Source discovery

Approved production state can be locked until an upstream edit makes it stale.

B035.9s

Narration timing

Real spoken audio is the timing authority. Transcription supports subtitles.

B048.1s

Visual mapping

Every beat has a clear visual slot before editable downstream assembly.

Narration · duration authority
The real narration duration drives the beat, not estimated reading time.
Visual assets
Assets stay mapped to production state rather than becoming a loose folder of media.
The thesis

Generating media is getting easier. Keeping a real production coherent is still hard.

What CreationCodex is solving

The coordination layer between a script and an editable video.

AI tools can write, speak, transcribe and generate visuals. Production breaks down when those outputs no longer share the same source of truth, timing model or project state. CreationCodex is designed around that gap.

Script-first editorial control

The script remains the editorial authority. Production state exists to serve it, not silently rewrite it.

Beat stateLock / staleEditorial source

Real audio timing

Beat duration follows the actual narration audio. Speech-to-text can support subtitles without becoming the timing authority.

Narration masterSubtitle separationQC

One beat, one visual responsibility

Visual planning is explicit. Every beat owns one visual slot, so missing coverage and duplicated imagery are easier to detect.

Editable downstream handoff

The goal is not merely to render a final video. The production should remain editable when handed to the finishing environment.

Claude integration roadmap

Use frontier reasoning where structure matters most.

Claude is planned for reasoning-heavy workflows such as long-context script analysis, beat planning, consistency checks, production-state QA and structured revision proposals. The product architecture keeps model output reviewable and separate from the project’s source-of-truth state.

Early-stage, working toward a dependable production system.

CreationCodex is a bootstrapped product under active development. The current focus is reliability: persistent project state, narration workflows, production QC, asset organization and editable handoff.
